Please note that the available features & number of user programmes will depend upon how the aid has been programmed by your audiologist.   
Wireless accessory programme - wireless accessories will work 'out of the box' without need to change the hearing aid programming.
A Smart Remote remote control needs to be paired by your audiologist, direct audio input also needs to be activated by your audiologist.
If you are unsure of exactly what programmes you have available you also probably won't be getting the best experience from your hearing aid - we would suggest that you discuss the available programmes and when they should be used with your audiologist.
