I wear very powerful hearing aids and even with thick wall tubes 3.6mm my aids still have feedback and whistle quite a lot. However, when I ordered your extra thick tubes 4mm, it made all the difference. My aids don’t whistle now. The extra 0.4mm (3.6mm to 4mm) did the trick. Thanks very much. I have ordered another 2 packets to keep me going, but as far as I can make out, you are the only company supplying these 4mm tubes. So… looking to the future, I’m hoping that you will still have them available (particularly as most people use standard size tubing).
